Unifrax India Ltd. completed the acquisition of Chaney Refractories Private Limited (CRPL). They have been a tool producer for UIL for many years and are well positioned to support continued growth of our ceramic fiber paper business in India. In addition to serving the domestic Indian market, CRPL has the capacity to more cost effectively supply paper to our other locations. CRPL is located in Pune, a major automotive center, which will facilitate serving our Indian automotive customers.
