MONOLANE Monolane (Monolithic Ceramic Fibre Module) is Unifrax India Ltd's unique system for applications involving high temperatures. Monolane system is cost effective compared to other fiberous systems available for operating temperatures above 1300° C . The system is made up of Monolane Blanket, Monolane Solution, and Monolane Anchoring. Monolane system provides high density and high compression fibre lining with very low hot face shrinkage even at temperatures above 1400° C. Features A novel "wet process" system using special MONOLANE spun blanket, MONOLANE solution and MONOLANE anchors. A system which yields uniform high density - in excess of 192 kg/m3 and more than 50% uniform compression. A monolithic, joints-free fibre system designed to have ultra-low shrinkage at operating temperatures exceeding 1400° C .   TYPICAL APPLICATIONS Application includes tough environments found in Steel & Iron, Forging, CPI and Ceramic Industries.
